Job Coordinator - ATS Cambridge

We are seeking a Job Coordinator to join our team! You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.

Responsibilities:

  • Screen, recruit and interview potential employees
  • Conduct orientation for new hires
  • Provide management with requested reports and documents
  • Coordinate events focused on recruiting
  • Accurately maintain employee files
  • Provide excellent customer service to our client base

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be team oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with all employees
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Two years of recent office experience
