Our client is seeking a full-time, experienced scheduler with one (1) year of experience in scheduling or two (2) years experience in customer service.
Prefer knowledge of EPIC or similar software and experience handling patient queues or working in a customer service department with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
Please be able to work with confidential information and have the ability to multitask in a professional and courteous manner.
Drug and background screenings required. You must complete an application, testing and an interview at ATS to be considered for this position.
